Save energy and money with a Home Energy Support Consult

Learn how you can make your home more energy efficient and get ideas for managing your energy costs with Home Energy Support. In the Energy Partners program, income-qualified homes with electric space heat or electric water heat are eligible for a free Home Health Check. You’ll be visited at your home by an Energy Professional who will provide education and resources regarding your energy use and how to save, install free energy-saving products, and may qualify you for free appliances and other upgrades.

Free appliances may include refrigerators, freezers, and dehumidifiers. In addition, customers who have electric heat may qualify for cold-climate air source heat pumps and programmable thermostats. Those with electric water heating may qualify for a new heat pump water heater. These installs are free to eligible customers.

To participate in Energy Partners and be eligible for the free appliances and upgrades, you first need to qualify for Energy Assistance (EAP). If you’re not already EAP-qualified, find out more on our Energy Assistance page.
