Minnesota Power’s electric rates are among the lowest in the nation. A report by the Edison Electric Institute, an association of U.S. shareholder-owned electric companies, international affiliates and industry associates, shows Minnesota Power’s commercial rate at 7.6 cents per kWh compared with 9.7 cents in the Pacific Region and 13.1 cents in the New England Region. The EEI report reflects rates in effect Jan 1. 2012.
