The Edison Electric Institute (EEI), the association of U.S. shareholder-owned electric companies, international affiliates and industry associates, regularly provides a report on typical electric bills and average rates across the United States. Below is a snapshot of how Minnesota Power’s rates compare with average rates in other parts of the nation.
