| Incentives:
Minnesota Power will provide a rebate based on kilowatt (kW) or kilowatt-hours (kWh) saved over the life of the equipment. (Equipment must have an expected life of greater than 10 years.)
Conditions:
This rebate program is available to all commercial, industrial and agricultural customers with the exception of those using a large power rate. Customers may submit as many rebate requests as they wish. The maximum annual rebate available to a customer will be determined by average billing demand based on the following schedule:

Customers must also contribute an amount greater than or equal to the estimated annual electric cost savings. This program is available to commercial customers through Dec. 31, 2008, or until program funding levels have been reached. Customers with multiple accounts may not exceed the maximum rebate amount per customer. Minnesota Power reserves the right to make exceptions to the above conditions. How to Participate:
Rebates are usually approved within seven working days. Customers have 12 months to complete the project after the rebate has been approved. Rebates will be awarded only after the project has been completed and inspected by Minnesota Power.
