Request For Proposals: Community Wind Power Project Organizations with a serious commitment to wind power technology, energy conservation and renewable energy education may submit detailed proposals for matching funds from Minnesota Power’s Conservation Improvement Program (CIP) to help install small-scale, onsite wind turbine demonstration projects. Wind Mill Turbine

Competitive applications must show a clear understanding of the proposed project’s goals, objectives, equipment and technical requirements, as well as a plan for integrating wind education into school curricula, community outreach and education, and proof of committed resources.

A 100% match of proposed CIP funding is required.
