Bob White Crabapple has a dense rounded crown. Flower buds are pink opening to a white flower. The golden-yellow fruit is quite attractive in the fall. Fruits are 1/2-5/8" in diameter and are fairly persistent.

Requirements and Culture:
Information provided for the species applies. Requires full sun, tolerant to a fairly wide range of soil conditions. Prune to remove suckers and watersprouts. Prune as young trees to develop good branch structure.

Limitations:
Tends to produce many watersprouts on branches. Very resistant to scab, cedar-apple rust, and mildew. Fairly resistant to fireblight.
