Air Source Heat Pump Tune-Up Tune-up includes cleaning of the condenser coils, evaporator, and inspection of the filter. Change out filter if needed. Eligible for rebate once every three years. $25

**ASHP - Ducted systems larger than 5.5 tons may be eligible for rebates through Minnesota Power’s Customized Projects Rebates. Contact us with any applicable installations.


Cold Climate ASHP Lookup-Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnership (NEEP)

Minnesota Power will be using NEEP’s Lookup site to identify 25C tax credit eligible ASHP. You can search by model or AHRI number. Be sure to filter the “Eligible for Federal Tax Credit” for “North”. You can find additional resources to verify eligibility in the section below labeled “25C Tax Credit Resources”.

25C Tax Credit Lookup Site- CEE AHRI Directory

CEE partnered with AHRI to provide a directory of Air Source Heat Pumps that includes information on CEE’s efficiency Tier. Search for an AHRI # to verify if equipment will qualify for both the 25C tax credit and Minnesota Power’s Cold Climate rebate, starting in 2024. Look for the below flags to verify eligibility:

Column: CEE Tier (North and Canada)

  • Ducted Systems = “CEE Tier 1 – North and Canada”
  • Ductless Systems = “CEE Tier 2 – North and Canada”
