Make a payment, with no transaction fee, by calling Speedpay© at 1-866-228-0739.
The maximum payment amount allowed on a residential service is $500 per transaction. To pay amounts of more than $500, please make additional payments.
The maximum payment amount allowed on a commercial service is $800 per transaction. To pay amounts of more than $800, please make additional payments.
Pay by Text Service
Receive your amount due and pay your bill via text messaging with Speedpay©. Set-up Pay-By-Text through MyAccount or by calling 1-866-228-0739.
Please note: there is a limit of 5 credit/debit card payments in a 30 day period. ACH payments have limit of $99,999 for each transaction and no limit on the amount of payments per month.

How to set-up Pay-by-Text with MyAccount:
- Login to MyAccount with your email address and password or register for MyAccount using the last four numbers of the primary phone number on the account, name on the account, account number, and email address.
- Select “Submit” or “Login.”
- Select “View/Pay Bill” in the upper right-hand corner of the My Account screen.
- Select “Pay Bill.”
- Select the “Pay-By-Text” icon.
- Confirm/enter personal information
- Select “Next Step.”
- Confirm/enter payment information.
- Select “Next Step.”
- Enter the mobile number you would like to use for pay-by-text plan.
- Re-enter mobile number you would like to use for pay-by-text plan.
- Select, “Next Step.”
- Verify information entered is correct.
- Check the box indicating you have read and agree to the Speedpay Terms and Conditions.
- Check the box indicating that you authorize us to send the mobile number you provided automated service-related text messages relating to your current and future bills, including text messages that allow you to pay your bill by replying to our message.
- Select “Authorize.”
- Review Pay-By-Text confirmation page and print for your records.
How to edit Pay-by-Text plan with MyAccount:
Please note: if you are attempting to update mobile number on the pay-by-text plan, you will need to first delete your existing plan and add a new one. See “How to delete pay-by-text plan with My Account” instructions below.
- Login to MyAccount with your email address and password or register for MyAccount using the last four numbers of the primary phone number on the account, name on the account, account number, and email address.
- Select “Submit” or “Login.”
- Select “View/Pay Bill” in the upper right-hand corner of the My Account screen.
- Select “Pay Bill.”
- Select the “Pay-By-Text” icon.
- Your Pay-By-Text card will appear.
- Select “Edit” in the upper right-hand corner of the card.
- Confirm/update personal information.
- Select “Next Step.”
- Confirm/update payment information.
- Select “Next Step.”
- Confirm/update mobile information.
- Select “Next Step.”
- Verify information entered is correct.
- Check the box indicating that you have read and agree to the Speedpay Terms and Conditions.
- Check the box indicating that you authorize us to send the mobile number you provided automated service-related text messages relating to your current and future bills, including text messages that allow you to pay your bill by replying to our message.
- Select “Authorize.”

How to delete Pay-by-Text plan with MyAccount:
- Login to MyAccount with your email address and password or register for MyAccount using the last four numbers of the primary phone number on the account, name on the account, account number, and email address.
- Select “Submit” or “Login.”
- Select “View/Pay Bill” in the upper right-hand corner of the My Account screen.
- Select “Pay Bill.”
- Select the “Pay-By-Text” icon.
- Your Pay-By-Text card will appear.
- Select “Delete” in the upper right-hand corner of the card.
- Select “Yes” from the pop-up window that asks “Are you sure you want to delete this plan?”
- A confirmation window will appear confirming your pay-by-text plan has been deleted.
