Call us at 1-800-228-4966. We’re here to help and you may be able to set up a plan to pay what you already owe while continuing to make current payments.
Do you qualify for Minnesota’s Energy Assistance Program? If so, call your EAP service provider to find out how to get the help you need.
Minnesota’s Cold Weather Rule protects residential, heat-affected customers who are unable to pay their utility bills. Customers can set up a payment plan to avoid a service disconnection between Oct. 1 and April 30.

How can I make my bill more manageable in the future?

Self-declare your income with us to determine your eligibility for multiple affordability options including our Residential Income and Usage Qualified Rate Discount, our CARE Program, and our Energy Partners program.
Sign up for budget billing and know how much you’ll pay every month.
If you qualify for Minnesota’s Energy Assistance Program, you also qualify for our CARE and Energy Partners programs. CARE provides a discount on your monthly bill and Energy Partners offers free home energy analyses.
